I'm addicted to meth.

No not that kind of meth........I just got through installing my Snow's performance meth injection kit a while ago.
I dont' have any methanol to run in it yet. I did try it out with pure water, but I didn't have the tip installed into the intercooling pipe. I can't believe how much water was coming out of the tip. I'm using the tip that Snow's performance recommended for six hundred horsepower. Before I run my car @ 20psi. I'm going to do some more research. I have the blue kit that comes in their package. It is suppose to be equivalent to the m15 that other companies use.
I installed a green light that comes on whenever the pump is on. It's installed in the plastic piece above the glove box and it's really bright. I compressed air through the vacuum line to check it to make sure everything worked. It comes on @ 7psi, and then comes on full @ 19psi. I installed the nozzle about 18" from the throttle body. It's about half way from the cold side of the intercooler and the throttle body.
If anyone has any experience with the meth kits, feel free to give me some pointers. Thanks, Jay

I will probably tune it friday if my meth/water gets here. I had to buy it from Summit already mixed. I'll find a better distributor somewhere and mix my own probably. I like to keep all the buds for myself............wut?

I'm a little bit of a chicken shit Justin. I'm only going to run 20psi and about 18degrees of timing. How much timing do you think I could run safely with the meth? I know it says you can increase your timing but I've never seen anyone post how much they increased theres too.

I tuned mine at 17psi and I made 467rwhp and 443rwtq. That was with 15.5 degrees of timing from about ten pounds of boost and on. I'm sure that's safe if not conservative. I think that two and a half more pounds of boost would get me at about 500rwhp and then two and half degrees of timing should give me another thirty or fourty more horses. I think I should be around the 550rwhp mark with my 20psi and 18 degrees. How does that sound?

Each engine will be different, so no one can say an exact amount of timing. Just get on the dyno and see where the engine is happy.

FWIW, my celica only has a 20g turbo and will make 375-400awhp on 25 psi.

Living in a place that snows alot of my friends have Evo's and STis. Meth definitely makes a difference and helps make alot of power. Keep an eye on the meth level though, disappears FAST when your out having fun.

Add nitrous. If you aren't hooked then I dunno what to say. The combination of 125-140 octane with a cooling dense charge of -125"f plus adequate fuel and added timing plus extra airflow and built in low pressure and level safeguards of both kits = a street tune and a race tune of +150-300hp.

why do you have to buy it from summit. ive seen people run window washer fluid, or is this not a safe practice? im thinking of buying a kit for my build and i just want to know how readily available the meth is.

The window washer fluid says it has meth alcohol in it, but it doesn't say what percentage. I know the stuff I'm getting from Summit has 51%water and 49%meth. I would like it the other way around, but until I find pure meth so I can mix my own, I'm stuck with this. It cost me nine dollars a gallon and you have to buy four gallons of it. Someone tole me that prestone wwfluid was fifty fifty, but I haven't found any yet.
