You shouldn't need the IGF signal on a standalone unless it's looking for it.

I would make sure your ignition settings are correct should be the same as the 2JZGTE soarer chasser supra any year they use the same ignitor module.
You could also pull your coilpack of your spark plug and place it one a test plug if it is firing bad plugs ? timming setup ?
no fire bad ecu settings redo the rom file to it, bad ignitor or no power going to your coils or ignitor

All your coil packs cant be bad if you get them wet they dont work for crap.
Cracks that commonly happen to them also dont help.
Usually only 1-2 coils go out if you get it wet or they go bad so i think your ignitor module is acting up try using a diffrent one let us know.
