It doesnt seem to be a coil problem, its not a timing problem, and if anything running a 550 chip with bigger injectors would make you run rich because the computer thinks hes only injecting 550 cc fuel amounts but its throwing much more.
If anything, lowering the fuel pressure to compensate for the bigger injectors would cause more problems than running big injectors on a small chip. The fault in that theory is that even at the higher fuel pressure it still happens. The plug wires are new too so its probably not that. The next ignition step i could think of would be trying a known well ignition module. If not that, the other think that could affect the ignition would be the cps.
The cps wiring is sheilded to protect from interference, but whats to say the tps signal is 100% good. We should get an oscilloscope and scope out the pattern the cps is making. These are just some things that are coming to my head thinking further about what this could be... hope we can figure it out amongst all my fuckin supra problems.
