HAHA, i just read this. I had the feeling it was a ecu Sorry to hear it.

I happen to be flying to ontario tomorrow morning, so I'm going to see if Driftmotion can take both of my broken ecu's and fix them. That way I can get the car running on the mines and still have a good stock ecu as a spare.

I've been avoiding the daytime, like a vampire lately. Glad that you got it figured out and glad that there weren't any heat strokes.

Gonna play around with switching my ECU as well (again). Need to make a call and see if I can borow another known-good one as well.

hey elvis, have you called Bryan (Snap)? when my car was at his shop he had 4 or 5 ecu's up there, not sure how many were jdm and how many were usdm, but im sure hes got something

I have 3 ECUs (probably killed them all) and almost won an auction for another (~30 shipped). Can't complain, since I've got them free or REALLY cheap. Now, went for an alignment and need lower control arm bushings and balljoints. Not much else left to replace/fix, since I've done just about everything else (hope I'm not jinxing myself).

Got a nephew coming into DFW for some training/work deal for a few days. Gonna have less time for troubleshooting/fixing and I still have to get a couple of climate control color changes done.
