You should have a head gasket thicker than 1mm, probably 1.5mm to 2mm to keep compression down. I do not recommend Iridium spark plugs, NGK copper plugs are just fine. The stock fuel rail is good for over 800 HP. Stay away from the HKS FCD, it can blow up your engine very easily if you don't know what you are doing with the engine's tune.

The rest will have to wait for someone more versed in Deutsch than me ;).

i will nmot go thicker with a head gasket than 1mm...you have right...the compression rae is not going down..its going on to ~11:1.
this fuel rail is not the stock..she is a costum rail with a inner diameter from ove4r 14mm!
and what your mean with the FCD?
he is in good working....

High compression on a turbo car is asking for trouble unless you've got a serious standalone unit to back up the tune. Based on your HKS alphabet soup you have a blown engine waiting to happen with 11:1 compression. The fuel cut defencer will not allow the engine's computer to initiate fuel cut when it's needed. If you don't keep a close eye on your Air/Fuel ratios, you will melt pistons quick with that little device on there.

11:1 compression is probably going to need more fuel than 550cc injectors can deliver to make high HP and keep the engine running healthy.

Steel pistons? I bet its not very rev happy....
Yep according to babble fish he means forged.
With the help of babble fish.
…………………………………………………………………………………
Block bored and honed .40 over
Engine block decked and lapped
Cylinder head decked and lapped
New Valve guides
Oversized Valves
Valve Job(angle?)
Cylinder head has been port and polished
Cam shafts revises and polished (I assume that he means he means that the cam shaft journals have been re bored for straightness. But I am unsure here.)
Compression of 8.5 to 11.5 increases – (I guess he went to an 11.5:1 compression ratio, but that doesn’t seem right.??)
Trust MHG 1.0mm
AGR Blockplate(EGR block off plate, maybe? unsure)
Forged pistons... manufacturer unknown (previous owners)
…………………………………………………………………………………………..
This is only the first part, and it’s babble fish so I’m sure there may have been some things lost in the translation.

11:1 is not dubios...Audi Turbo engines are higher with compression rate and have mor bost than 1 Bar!!
With Wather Alcohol injection and this SD-EGC from HKS ( stand alone unit for the ignition timing) can i drive with high boost and the engine is verry good running and not blown!
Its a old hat with lower compression!

Under boost my EGT is not higher than 750 Celsius.
And the 550 Injectores have a new flow rate under pressure from 5Bar from ~720ccm.
also not to leen!
