It doesn't matter how much the 440s support its how much the ecu will give before fuel cut. You're limited to the stock ecu.

But this makes me wonder, what kind of Duty cycle does the stock ecu run before fuel cut. It would seem as its not a static number through out the whole range, but it increases with rpms.

That's effectively what I just said. There is usually some room with how rich Toyota made the fuel map, plus one could raise FP to get a little more out of the 440's, ie careful tuning. ;-)

Duty cycle changes with respect to rpm. Higher rpm = shorter total cycle time.

You're statement was strictly about the injectors.

My main statement about the injector duty/pulse is that low rpm you'll hit fuelcut very quickly, but there enough pulse width on the top end to run nearly maxed out on the injectors. As in, I've seen a few lexafm/550s setups nearing 500hp and maxing out the injectors, yet a stock ct car will hit fuel cut way before come close to maxing the stock 440s. I dont have much expereince with the 7ms so maybe they're still pulling lots of fuel and throwing large amounts of pressure in to get there? I dont know. Just an observation.

As in stock fuel and a bigger turbo (T4 61 or bigger) can run closer to 350-370whp on stock injectors/afm as it wont spool in those lower rpm ranges the stock ct will and trigger fuel cut.

It is very violent. You get slammed forward and the check engine light comes on. It recovers fairly quickly. After you experience it, you'll need a new set of underwear! ;)
