1990 Non Turbo hard top.. Just about the lightest supra there is.

If that were a 86.5 you could be in the low 3300's. But it doesnt look as good.

I know the turbo's are only rated 30 more HP but they have 60 more torque...
I've had a couple turbo's and N/A models and the turbo just seems so much faster ive raced some N/A's when i was closer to being stock and they just don't keep up.
I understand that time and wear plays a factor i guess i've just never seen a N/A in good shape then.

My n/a was pretty fast for a n/a and prolly could have kept up pretty good to a stock turbo. Until it blew the hg.
Also you can see the variance in those. You can notice that with all the different magizines you will see all the different numbers floating around for the same cars. Its all in the driver.

Most of the N/A's around here are like high 16 to 17second cars.
Stock 89 Turbo i was able to run 14.9-15.1's be for i blew my HG lol. No idea what it would do now or atleast with a new clutch lol

Pre-production ringer. Run that time and speed through a calcuator. With a driving weight of 3750 or so, that is 225 hp. Also, if the cars are not tested on the same day at the same track, they can't be compared.
The sport roof bracing puts the curb weight 70 lbs higher than the 86.5 preproduction hard top car. The ET and speed accurately reflects 200 hp if you calculate the horsepower. A high 15 should be no problem. A mid 15 with a good driver, traction, and air for the 7MGE and W58.

My car had all the interior panels in place still, it was just a seat removal for me. Not sure if you meant me or mecevans, Kyle
