how much can it handle with these mods done give me a ball park figure
550 injectors
arp head studs
1.2 metal head gasket
lexus afm
sp61gt ball bearing turbo
fcon fcd and safc ?
what would be the safe but reasonable boost level how much boost can i run?/?

Look at the old website of www.7mpower.com and most of them will hold ad much as 430hp beetwen 18 to 20 psi depending on the turbo and mods and again tunning

A safe reasonable level to start with I'd say 12psi on stock electronics. Although be careful with the FCD as you won't hit fuel cut (a safety measure) and may harm your motor if you exceed your fuel map.

Fuel pump? Fuel pressure regulator? Intercooler? Hardpipes?

PSI number are meaningless. Horsepower numbers are somewhat reasonable.

The main limiting factor IMO would be the fuel you run. Race gas will do very well, but its freaky expensive. Pump gas is much more limiting as far as boost/timing goes in my experience. (fyi, I love, love, love E-85, but I also live in MN...land of corn)

what internals are you running? I have this same setup going into my car right now and I'm curious on this

like said tuning is the key. I have seen on here and the other forum 350 + on stock internals. fcon fcd seems very good and a good weapon of choice. With upgraded trim like 57mm on the stock ct26 you should be good to go for 400rwhp. I have been reading and reading here on the forums here.
