I daily drive mine with no problems at all until now just got a cracked hose that I got to replace but nothing major. Anybody know a good place to find a hose that connects the throttle body to the 3000 pipe, that's the one I need. Just trying to find some place that I could pick one up before I go to the Toyota dealership and buy one.

I'll chime in. Too lazy to read the 7 pages before this one! I bought my Supra this last April just because I've always wanted one and it was a great deal. (2300). Others have said that was too much, but...whatever. It had fresh paint, good tires,a custom 3" cat-back with ractive muffler(sounds awesome), a banging stereo system,it's a 5 speed and the HG is good. It had 150k then and has 157k now, never let me down once. I have an 01 Celica that I've done quite a bit to, and I have a Sport bike. So to put 7k miles on it in 6 months you can see I've driven it alot. I'm parking it this week though, the Lake Erie lake effect snow machine is about to kick in :(

My 87TT is the only car I own. Drive it to work every day. It suffers from
neglect of the previous owner, however all these small things are getting
fixed one by one-----

Lake effect snow is awesome. I used to live in MI and when it was cold enough and the wind was right we got dumped on. My old 87 NA 5 sp. that I ran Bridgestone Blizzak WS15s on went like hell in the snow. That was the most stable vehicle I've ever driven in the snow. I didn't even put any weight in the back of it, either. I've also driven two 4WD trucks and two AWD Subarus in the snow, too, and their stability didn't compare. The trucks obviously did better taking off in deep snow, but I even drove the Supra during a blizzard (in which the ski resort I worked at closed early because it was snowing that hard) and had no problem.

Same thing happened to me, just pick one up from Horsepowerfreaks. That's what I did.

BTW, my sup is unfortunately a daily driver (t-th) the other days I drive the camry.

NOYFB!
I also dd my slightly modded 91Turbo. I have a beater truck (D50 Ram) but it is such a far step down from the Sup, I can't bring myself to make it!:3d_frown: My car has never stranded me anywhere. Has made me late to work once or twice with worrysome little problems,:aigo: but it is a car! The fun factor, and sheer exhiliration of knowing that you can blow the doors off so many other cars around you,:naughty: is what puts me behind the wheel of my Supra, over and over!:boink: :bigthumb:

I own a 90 n/a 5 spd. Its been very reliable.I have replaced the original motor with a low mile jdm ge.The car as never given me a problem aside from the motor blowing.Even then i was only stranded a few blocks from my house.
I do own a second car a 88 honda accord lx-i which was my first car and its total junk.So my supra is my dd and has been for the last year and a half.I do lots of highway driving to and from school 50+ miles each way several times a week. I ony have 2 3/4 catback exhuast. I average somewhere in the neighborhood of 27mpg on the highway when i can keep my foot out of throttle. So far i cant ask for nething better she has done me well.

I bought my 89 turbo in March and immeadiatly swapped the HG to an HKS MHG and have never had a problem since. Its a DD as well as my only car, only problem is i hate to put so many mile on it(I've already put 5000 on it since then). So I'm trying to fix the little problems with it while I drive it daily.
My mods:
F1 Racing six-puck clutch and upgraded Pressure plate
PIT BCU+ electronic boost controller
HKS MHG 1.2mm
Blitz NUR Spec Catback
3 inch SS downpipe
Modified ct-26
NGK Iridium plugs
Brembo slotted and cross drilled rotors
Axxis Ultimate pads

I drive mine everywhere so long as I am not drinking. My car only has 123,475 kilo's on it. Not too shabby for a 1991. Gets decent gas mileage when I am hauling ass down the Wangan or wherever but the eats gas kinda around town.
