Mines not on, and I don't know how it bolts up, but you may want to put an extra wide washer on each mounting point to keep the bolt from stressing the plastic too much as this is where I've seen some start to crack.

IIRC there's only one c-clip that's suppost to be used... Install the the o-ring in it's grove, position the BOV where you want it on top of the o-ring, install c-clip. It's been awhile for sure, but I only remember seeing one c-clip in mine.
i was wondering if you have the hardpipe and the hks on and using the stock (bpv) and using a y connector for the vacume lines.would you think it would stall? Just wanted to make sure before i buy one..

there are other lines to tap into if doing it that way doesnt work. anything from the intake manifold.
Its still loosing metered air. It isn't worth risking it.
