So I think I've chosen an exhaust upgrade from the stock pos. Right now I have an na '88 but I plan on going turbo in the future. I've chosen the HKS Silent Hi-Power exhaust system as seen here:

Such a nice looking system and I hear the exhaust note is bearable over extended periods of time. But I have a couple questions:
What is the difference, if any, between a Hi-Power system and a Silent Hi-Power system? I couldnt even find the Silent Hi-Power system on the HKS website. If they differ, do they both have the same flow rates or exhaust tone? Does it drone at highway speeds? Would a HKS Silent Hi-Power exhaust system be adequate for 400-500hp?
The silent hi-power is a whole system, not just a cat-back right? If it is a whole system, is it street-legal or do I have to get a cat too?
Would any of you have any alternate suggestions of systems that dont drone and have high flow rates for a turbo engine in the future?
Thanks
