while you have your gauge out checking wires ...
check the 2 vsv switches under the intake
page FI-98,FI-99 of your manual
specified resistance 30-50 ohms
one is for egr
one is for fuel

couldnt a bov do this when letting off the gas?...maybe it gets stuck open..i woudl check for vacuum leaks or something?

well, I have a T66 turbo and its so big it dont blow off anything when reving

The MAF and IDL valve are close to the turbo could it be screwing up the reading?
