Main issue is that ir requires a bit of major modification to work that may or may not be reversable. Not to mention cost issues (it's not gonna be cheap no matter what I do)

There r irreversible modifications involved, but that's only to the headlight assembly, which is easily replaceable.

This setup is not cheap. If I had a setup fabricated to be sold, I would sell it for no less than $800 to $1000.

I could do it cheaper, but it wouldn't have the bezel around them. They'd look a lot like the kit for the miata...

I wouldn't be running for dear life, but it wouldn't exactly be very high on the list of $1000+ modifications either. Now if I didn't have two car payments to make... This sort of thing would be done in a heartbeat.
