To me it's always made the car look vaguely like a 300 ZX.

Yea, if I were to do it, I'd have the projectors kinda sticking out like a Ferrari 360

All the flushmount headlight mods I've seen don't project the light low enough. Since the light sits in the cut-out it just doesnt have the angle to face the ground properly. The best headlight's I've seen are the early 90's NSX pop-up conversions. Hard to find a good set for decent money though.

Toysport of SoCal Supras produces flush headlights.

Honestabe bought set(s) . Either hit up Honestabe, here in Supramania or Toysport at SoCalSupras (but he hasn't posted in a while) for the info.

Hardest part is finding the headlights, and modifying the lights to only come up as far as they need to for the lower profile lights

what are you talking about?

He meant that:

1. NSX headlights are hard to find
2. The headlight assembly arms have to be modified so that the headlight pops up to the correct height, since NSX lights are not as tall as the oem Supra headlights.

He was referring to the NSX lights, not the flush mounts. (Note the order of the posts and understand its' contents, after the NSX headlight conversion pic was posted.)

Also the radiator support has to be cut. I don't think they are that hard to find though. Just look on a NSX forum, I am sure there are a few guys out there doing the 02+(i think) conversion.

Here's another set of flush headlights on my 1st Supra. The newer (and much more expensive) generation is 10 feet from me waiting to be installed on my 87, along with a massive pile of other parts.

You might wanna consider using black screws to mount the headlight assembly cover.
