Head gasket selection

What head gasket would you all recommend for a 7mge? Also which head studs would be best to go along with it?

I would go OEM Toyota and ARP Studs, your not going to be making to much power so a metal gasket would be an overkill imo.

Metal head gasket will require you to take the engine to the machine shop so that the block and head can be surfaced/prepped to accept the gasket. Some of people don't take this crucial step and regret it.
