If you have fuel and spark, then it is timing.

How are you checking fuel? Just by seeing if you have fuel pressure? If so that don't mean the injector is working? After cranking it dose it smell like fuel and the spark plugs wet with fuel?

my engine compartment smells like fuel and the spark plugs have spark to them i checked them out wen i came home from work and the timing i set and she wants to fire but wont turn over. and my mechanic said i could bypass the egr modulator. i dont think u can and i have very litle vacume going through the system wen i first startes cranking it. my issue is im lacking vacume line and i need 2 new vsv and the egr moulator bc they r broken and i need them replaced i was priced 100 buks for the egr modulator but the vsv's i dont kno the price for them either

you can have low fuel pressure, and you did a compression test with a gauge? i would check fuel pressure, and your getting spark to the spark plug? also you have your injectors set in the right order? and do you have your spark plug wires in the set order too? timing set on the belt? and timing on the cam position sensor? and if it smells like fuel that bad, maybe you have a leak?

ok every thing is set but the firing orderis confusing me in the book it says 153624 but it wont tur over

How do you have the wires on the coil packs. That is your firing order but that is not how they hook up on the coil packs. They hook up left to right 1-6, 3-4,2-5.

you need to jump e1 and t1 on the diagnostic box in the engine bay, and watch how many times the CEL will blink, oh and the car has to be on the "ON" postion, make sure to jump it first and then turn it on.
