1st clearing 100% inet cookies
2nd register with diffrent email address birthday name etc..
3rd proxy if not just go wireless if your in an apartment odds are you dont even have to get up or leave yours.
They cant IP ban dialup also its not a static IP
Maybe i should change my signature from "Banned wait this isn't SF" something a little more broad of a statment as a slogan SF should have.

As an admin it really depends on how much collateral damage you are willing to entail. SF probably doesn't give a flip. They'll just ban your entire ISP.
