Adjusting the HKS SSQBOV is a very simple task, all you do is:
Step 1 - Looking at the back of the dump valve, you will see two nuts (See picture)
Step 2 - Slacken the nut closest to the BOV body
Step 3 - Either unscrew or tighten the rear nut (furthest from the BOV body). For the 7MGTE, apparently the valve is best at the fully tightened position
Step 4 - Once you have chosen the correct position, tighten up the nut closest to the valve to lock the other one in place. For my car I wanted both nuts right next to the BOV body so I simply screwed the rear nut all the way in
