Ok guys. I have come up with an idea of showing off the GTE engines, whether they be in the Supra or not. 7MGTE, 1JGTE and 2JGTE (yes, there are a few more GTE engines but I am sticking with these for now). Your power plant can be in a dragster or a Mini and as long as it has over 500 RWHP, is clean and well put together, it can be showcased on GTEpower. It just needs to meet certain requirements.

We still have a few details to finish up but it will be an ongoing process. If anyone has any feedback, we would appreciate it. Joe and I have been working on this since November '05 on and off. We promise we will update the site once a month.

agreed 500 isn't all too hard these days. but 400 is deff a good start to get things rolling and make people feel more accomplished.
Can't wait to see it up and running.

i got allllll my parts and im just waiting on my tranny to come. you bet ill be there. i should have 450ish:) anyways great idea and cant wait till its up and running.!


btw i should be done in 3 weeks unless i get the tranny sooner.

400hp? Weaksauce... :aigo: So ya caved in on the 400 mark huh? I would've left it at 500... :biglaugh:

But seriously, I think, as sad as it might sound, the motor groups should be broken up... Like, 7M motors have to make 400, but 2JZ motors should have to make 500hp... Dude, a 2J can fart and make 400hp... :biglaugh: Seriously, they come 330hp from the store...

Anyway, Im excited about the site, I know you guys have been on it for awhile... Did I get my application back to ya? I got it filled out, cant remember if I sent it back... :aigo:

i will be over 400 for sure, and would like to be on the site, but i dont knowi think 500 would make it fun for me :naughty: just to give myself a little challenge. so i would be cool with 500 also

I agree with Reign Maker, make it 500 for all ,r atleast 400 for 7m and 500 for jz as they really can just do 400 with 1-2 mods easy. I'm glad someone is doing this site finally too, 7mpower is awesome, but never updated! I hope you give sweet shirts to members who make it onto your site also:icon_bigg

ummm.. you should drop in an intercooler anyway. The stocker is about 60% (IIRC) efficient with a drop if about 3psi (IIRC) at stock boost. You wnat something that's 85%+ efficient for big boost. Also something with minimal pressure drop.

Get a spearco or similar drop in and you'll make much more power.
