as the intercooler system is about finished i am now starting on the fuel system design
ian need your thoughts here as well

tank is going to be 1000mmx500mmx250mm about 117 litres / 26.5 gallon

2 x -10 feeds at bottom
1 x -6 return

feeds go in to 2 x aeromotive filters and onto 2 x a1000 pumps
then up to dual -10 feeds (one front one back of rail)

thats the plan so far :icon_bigg

If you can get the feeds at each end and the return in the middle with a pair of regulators both on a common boost line it should work well!

If you were using lesser pumps or big sticky drag tires I'd be concerned about the fuel in the lines having trouble with G loads on acceleration but on street rubber this thing will turn the wheels to 100+ mph so can't see it being an issue! ;)

wait till you see how well baffled the tank is going to be g's wont be an issue trust me on this on that one rason why i changed my mind
regulators i was going boost line connection but only one out the return in middle going to go with supra sports new rail on this same size as titans but half the price ;)

Steve: I mean the fuel in the actual line, take the length and diameter of the line it's a LOT of fuel trying to be pushed backwards to the pump on acceleration.

In my Z I did a bunch of sheet baffles as well as some expanded mesh folded into multi Z's in the more open areas never had a supply issue no matter how hard I pushed it in corners!

i'll have to find the diagrams to show you but still going elec water pump altering the main housing and losing the waterline out of the back of the cylinder head that goes to the heater been having a long look at the flow of the head direction wise and this will be as good as it can ever get for a 7m spent a good 6 months on the cooling system design
i'll draw a diagram for you tommorrow ;)
