IJ. said:it's real hard to keep a sense of humour atm Steve......
<fingers crossed> yours all goes smoothly when you get to this stage.
IJ. said:Steve: I actually prefer that layout over using pusher pumps and a surge tank!
IJ. said:If you can get the feeds at each end and the return in the middle with a pair of regulators both on a common boost line it should work well!
If you were using lesser pumps or big sticky drag tires I'd be concerned about the fuel in the lines having trouble with G loads on acceleration but on street rubber this thing will turn the wheels to 100+ mph so can't see it being an issue!
IJ. said:Steve: I mean the fuel in the actual line, take the length and diameter of the line it's a LOT of fuel trying to be pushed backwards to the pump on acceleration.
In my Z I did a bunch of sheet baffles as well as some expanded mesh folded into multi Z's in the more open areas never had a supply issue no matter how hard I pushed it in corners!
IJ. said:Have you considered the SS I beam Lower arms?
(can't see tube arms lasting if you do manage to hook this thing)
IJ. said:LOL good move they're brilliant!
