I know many of you don't like lambo doors so please don't bother posting hater responses. For those of you that do appreciate the exotic style looks and the real-world function of 4 foot long doors that are easy to use in tight spaces, enjoy:

The CD is to give you an idea of just how big these really are (they're also 21 lbs each!). CNC machined chromoly steel, nickel plated, nice welds, 4 gas shocks, fully adjustable. I'm very pleased considering they were one of the less-expensive sets on eBay ($549). I think they will hold up the big doors with ease.

I liked the lambo doors before all the ricers got there hands on them. But the odd thing is I have only seen it on a street car once and it was on a civic. I think the hate is more on what it symbolizes and not on the look.

They are still somewhat rare here in Vancouver. I have not seen any lambo doors on any car yet, even hondas. I agree they look silly on a honda with short dinky doors, but I think they look hot on the Mk3's long-doors:

I think if you like em...thats all that matters. Its your car afterall. I think they would be cool, but I wouldnt do it unless I could make all the parts from stuff I pick up at Home Depot ;)

Post up you pics when you get em installed!

i like the look on the right car...they can be tricky to get in and out of if your a big guy (which i'm not...thank god), but on the supra they do seem to fit in just fine. sure it's not a performance mod, but if somebody decides to park a foot away from your car it's a bit eaisier to get in.

awesome! i'm jealous! i will be getting some for sure when i get my bodywork done!

be sure to take lots of pics!

i don't think they're rice at all.... for our cars, they are very functional, especially in crowded cities with tight parking spaces.... plus they look very stealth, it's a mod no one would ever even know about unless you opened the door. that's how i like to keep my supra, stealth and stock looking but with a few little tricks here and there :)

if you haven't gotten your windows tinted yet, get them done first... they're gonna bitch and moan if they need a ladder to install it LOL

Oh and the beauty of most Scissor doors is they open normal for a bit the you can push em up. so it can still be all stealthy

I think they look good on A70's
I can't wait to see the finished product. They definitely look up to the task, that's for sure.
