Reap what you sow. I wouldnt hurt or drive the other car even if I had a beef with the shop. As stated above, two wrongs dont make a right. I hope they will stand behind the 2J and make it right.

i got my 2jzgte from nagasaki motors as well. it was supposed to have 35-45k miles. it was also supposed to come with a full wiring harness, and all the other accessories like power steering pump, ac pump, alternator...etc.
however....it came with an incomplete wiring harness, no alternator, and a front sump. on top of that, when i removed the valve covers, there was so much build up that it looked like it had at least 100k with late or no oil changes. when i took out the spark plugs....there was water sitting on the pistons. and a bunch of dirt and junk in the spark plug galley. so i called them and told them my situation. all they said was...put the motor in the car, if it does not run well...we will arrange something. i could not do that without having all the parts that were missing. plus, i did not want to do the job twice. they insisted that it was a low mileage motor and would not give me straight answers. so i decided to dispute the charge and got my money back. then i contacted them again. i told them that i already have my money and if they want their motor back, they would have to pay for shipping to get it back to their warehouse. after all, if they had not lied and falsely advertised their products, i would not have this problem to begin with..its been about 2 months...ive heard nothing from them. i don't want to use this motor...i am stuck with it and need to get rid of it. if anyone is interested let me know

well, im still waiting to hear any info. Theres not much i can really do for the time being. Im hoping they will relize the mistake theyve made and fix it. Id be real happy if they get me a proper oil pan (well, both peices) and the oil pick up, ecu and harness. If that doest work out, well it looks like ill just have to buy all the right parts on my own, and accept the fact that i paid way to much for a long block, with the wrong oil pan

Sorry about the spelling IJ, i are not the smartest.they wont....these guy are assholes. its worth a shot though. they will try to avoid you as much as possible or tell you they will have the manager contact you...dont buy it. it bs. how did you pay for it? i used paypal. when i found that they were not going to help me. i went to the bank and disputed the charge. end of story.

I would contact them and give them an ultimatium "get it out of my garage or it goes in the trash" then wait 3 weeks for a reply just to be safe then sell it. But in the mean time let me get that ignitor

The unfortunate thing is i was so excited to have the motor here, i started ripping the turbos off, got a bunch of other stuff off and my single manifold on already. So as it sits, i dont think anyone in their right mind would take it back, even if they were wrong in the first place. I'll have to see how it goes

thats how i felt. joy......anger.........depression...........then acceptance.
i have all kinds of goodies as well. when i tore mine apart and found out what i was in for, my dream was shattered. either im going back 7m or rebuild this biatch....still debating. im thinking about putting a 7m back in and selling to buy a mk4 supra or a an sc400. not sure yet.

Ya its too bad that you started to take it apart. You should have checked it over first and left it alone once you saw that it was the wrong one.
