Well if all goes according to plan, it should be running and on the dyno by this Wednesday. Keep your fingers crossed!

After the dyno it is going right onto a covered trailer and being hauled to my new home in NV. Sorry Colorado, no time for a GTG. I'll be at SILV this year though.

Well all didn't go according to plan. So the car is much further along, but not finished, sorry no dyno #s yet.

As some of you know I moved to the Lake Tahoe area (Minden, NV) to be closer to family. The move went as well as expected, with only some minor stress. I spent the first part of move-day in Don's shop milking every last minute of his expertice before we hit ZERO hour and had to push the car onto the trailer for the drive.

Don Walker and his crew at HRD in Aruora were superheros and really regret not being able to finish the car before the deadline (Don's even offered to fly out to Reno to help finish it, maybe even bringing his team along--read: STAND-UP GUY!!!). Thanks Don, Joe, Josh, and the painter guy (sorry I don't remember your name)! For all the late nights and extra effort you put into to this project.

Here are some update pics:

I'll be posting more as I get them, currently the car is still on the trailer. Once I get more settled I'll start working on her again. I still plan on making SILV07, but some developments with family health may prevent it, we just have to wait and see.

Cryo,
Sorry the pipe was custom one off. If I have to take it off for any reason I think I'll have it replicated and maybe put together a GB if there is $erou$ interest.

I'd be happy to give ya a ride even a spell behind the wheel, would be fun. It's just too bad I'm now nowhere close.

Sid,
There is not much left to do, but finding the time to do it, is the hard part.

Basically the bumper needs to be wetsanded (actually resprayed, again, color isn't a good match) and installed, bumper foam needs to be trimed for the A-duct. Initial start up tune on the AEM, and then dyno tune. Also needs an alignment, and to bleed the clutch and brake lines along with removing air bubbles from PS rack.

Everyone who cares,
I'm in Edmonton right now visiting my Mom, who is now under palliative care for returning breast cancer. Unfortunately while I was here, my best friend's mom passed away, so I've extended my stay for another week to help him. I'm not trying to dump some heavy shit here, I'm just dealing with a lot of life's little bumps that take precedence over working on the supra, and a lot of other things for that matter.

I'm back in Nevada now, and the car still sits in the trailer we used to move it out here on. I've been working real hard at getting the garage ready so I have a place to put the cars (it was full of stuff from the move). I don't know when I'll be able to work on it, but will be nice to have the supra at home.

Cryo,
Thanks for the well wishes, at this point it is just a matter of how little time we have left with my Mom.

Update:

My mom passed away in June (breast cancer). Sad days follow.

Started a new job (vp of operations at Avisosurf.com) and have been working insane hours, but one of the coolest surfboards out there, and it's made of carbon fiber.

The car is getting sent to the shop tomorrow for some tuning, troubleshooting, possibly some body work, and a much needed alighnment. Once finished there it is on to the dyno to get some real numbers and more tuning.

I'm still hoping to make SILV07, but we'll see how those cards play out.

I'll post numbers and pics once I get them.
New items include:
Clear JDM front side markers,
Unobtainium Nylon bushings (not installed yet),
In-dash 6 disc CD changer (not installed yet),
New windshield (will be installed in the shop),
Other stuff I'm too tired to remember right now,
