Sorry to here about your Dad getting sued and I'm assuming you're under age at the time of the incident. I hate to burst your bubble but there is no such thing as NO CASE until judgment or dismissal by the court. Arbitration is one thing to settle this out of court and then again you'll have to pay a lawyer hourly during this session. By the time you get your first hearing in court you have prolly spend almost the amount what they are asking for.....Sorry! LAWYERS=VAMPIRES

Honest most judges will only award money for Actual Damage to property and medical cost. As for the insurance thing in FL you can not drive a car off a lot with out have coverage even on weekends. Best of luck to ya

same here in arizona.Have to have proof of insurance before they give you the keys.
