I remember that shortage cause I had gotten gas in Fl for 3.60 and crossed to GA. I was EXCITED that I could fill the car up (overflowing out the cap) at 4.80 a gallon cause everywhere stations were out of gas. Even at $5 they were out. This was when that second hurricane hit land. Got back in the car exclaiming "man I got the best deal!". It guaranteed my weekend.
I'll remember the Bush era for High Gas prices and historical voter turnout.
I wish that would happen up here cause than I would fill up when it's 5 bucks a gallon and than 3-4 weeks later when no one has gas I would drive fast on all the high ways since theres not other cars.SWEAT!!
ive seen it as low as 1.67 now for regular.. premium is averaged at 1.87. from some shell stations (cheapo stations are the same price) E85 cruises a few cents around regular but for a couple of days e85 cost more than reg. and it still costs more depending on what station you go to. the stations usually high in pricing are now even under 1.90 for premium
i love being able to fill my DD for 20 bucks I filled both of them for 41 dollars i believe. It was costing my 50 bucks to fill up one car in the summer
