gas door poll

well i dont have the money for a spoiler anyways so not going to matter lol. probably be the last thing to ever go on the car unless i get really serious with it. autox or something. but as of now i just have the stock spoiler with the center light. i like it, but i just feel it is really doing absolutly nothing at all gas door was already fixed, just going to use that panel in the trunk to have easy access to my return line if needed

Well.. for one... you dont need a spoiler. The stock one does help a little, but is more cosmetic than anything. Because you are not throwing money all over... keep in mind.. less is more. A stock Supra is far more enjoyable than a modified one if you have to worry about the pennies. Once you start modifying, you can find out very soon that it becomes a very deep hole. You buy one thing.. to find out you need another to complete it. Then because you did that mod, you need to mod something else. Then you find out you have a serious problem, and you get faced with... do you stop or do you go further. Its like playing poker with 200.00 against people with 200,000.00. Your gonna lose that way. Pretty well guaranteed.

what I love about my Supra is, its gorgeous as is. All I need to do is maintain it. I am trying very hard just to improve it, not change it.

i read what you said about 5 times. and still have no fucking idea what you said. i think what you said is, and correct me if im wrong.... put the gay gas door back on if you want to look like a ricer, or fix it and look better. you understand that bodywork is something that you desire. but if you are looking to put on a spoiler then use the sc300 spoiler because its sick as hell and its only a 17 inch spoiler. but yet it sounds like your saying you'll be pissed and take it off and have bondo holes to match the shitty door panel i have now.. if thats the case then i still have fucking idea what you are saying

6 on the gas door even though you already took it off....Damn everyones bashing you on that gas door really its your car do what you want and i dont know about that spoiler its a little to tall...Just remove the stock one if you havn't already.....keep us updated on what you do..... :evil2:

lol well happy to hear a couple people are still free minded. as for a reply to what Grandavi said about the money. mmm you havent seen my build yet have you trust me i know what your talking about. thats why im now on year 3 of this build. that is why it is a build/project. projects cost money in order for you to get them to how you want them. im making sure everything is right the first time. im sitting at a EMS system right now "stand alone" so you can see why i say i dont have the money for a spoiler right now, prioritys come first and a spoiler wasnt a priority. i can do little things for now. like turbo blanket and a 45 degree pipe are next on my list for cheap parts. but i just dont have 1000+ $ to throw right now. and as we all know if you dont have a job right now you are basically fucked till the economy comes back, if it comes back. btw anyone ever seen a MKIII with a kamillion paint job? just curious how it looks lol. talk about money pshh house of kolor has it for 350$ a quart just curious how it would look on a MKIII i've seen it on a MKIV just not a MKIII
