How much cranking should it take before I see oil pressure?
We have been cranking for about 10min with no efi fuse and oil has not reached the filter or turbo lines.

Leave em out....
You don't want cylinder pressure Splooging out the assembly lube from the bearings.
If they installed the pump dry it'll take a fast spin to create enough suction to start the prime.

Also have the oil filter off. Just so we can see when oil gets there in case the gauge is not working
