And LOKI was that realy Sable? How did she manage to get hotter? Cuz she looked amazing. Shouldn't she be like 45 by now?

And Isphius good luck on your training and such. It seem like the MMA industry is becoming flooded with everyone and there grandma training to fight. So yo ass better standout and have a great personality. Just please don't tell me you are one of those bro's/jews/douchebags that walk around in Tapout gear. I fucking hate those people. Its always the 25 year old prep looking faggot with the Tapout hat, or the 16 year with the whole Tapout outfit.

Yes it is becoming very popular. But i used to box so i have a good concept of the training, ring tactics, etc. And no i do not own one piece of MMA/ufc clothing lol. And i agree about BJ losing that fight.

I do like the Olympics....but there are only certain events that i can watch. With UFC though....it doesn't matter, a fight is a fight! Who doesn't like watching someone's face get beat in. We are a very demented society.

I'd like to see an olympic track or swimming star fight a UCF fighter :biglaugh:

And wtf is so bad about drifting? Fast turbocharged cars with good drivers and it's fun to watch, what's so wrong with that? Rather watch nass-car?

Brock was impressive, and GSP seems unbeatable. They need to put GSP in there with Anderson Silva, that would be a fight to watch. Anderson Silva is the best fighter in UFC right now imho.

You thought Herring actually had a chance. He is the biggest pansy in the world. Lesner improved a whole lot since the Mir fight. And it was a pretty damn good card. A hell of a lot better than the Silva card last month.

Lesnar did not improve since the last fight. The only difference between his last fight with Mir and his current fight with Herring is that Mir is a BJJ wizard/black belt.

and Mir submitted his ass fast with a heel hook.

Herring doesnt know shit about BJJ and has an incredibly weak ground game....Lesnars ground game was weak as shit too. I would expect someone of Lesnar's stature and Dominance to at least finish the fight. He could keep Herring down, but he couldnt take Herring out...and its not like Herring was using amazing defense, either.

it was a great card, but i really do believe people are sliding into the Lesnar hype. Hes a strong and powerful fighter with lots of potential, but he has alot to prove.

I couldnt disagree more. BJ Penn, in my honest opinion, would defeat GSP. BJ penn of two years ago couldnt beat the best in the business because he never took cardio seriously. However, since his new found greatness in cardio training incorporated with his current training regimet, BJ Penn is a force to be reckon with. He has the mental stability and now the physical stamina to beat GSP...not to mention the dexterity of his legs and its use towards his outstanding BJJ, his quick and powerful punches and game plan going into his fights.

I wouldnt doubt BJ Penn in this fight one bit.

I would like to see any of those olympic track guys stand in the cage with a real mma fighter ;) Training for totally different things so obviously one will be better at their own sport. The professional fighters train just as hard and live just as disciplined a life as any professional athelete. Most of them anyway.

I don't want to be a spoil sport here but after reading this thread I think someone should tell you guys...wrestling is fake. I know you're shocked, so sit down and have your mom bring you an asprin.

Brock Lesner (said with disgust)...tchh, he couldn't beat his way out of a wet paper bag. Just another faggot body builder. Now ultimate fighters, whole different story. Brock wouldn't last 2 seconds with one of those guys.

I, too, dont want to be a "spoil sport" here, but after reading your post, I think someone should tell you (and it will be me)...Brock Lesnar just fuckin fought in UFC and beat the shit out of Heath Herring.

oh, and the fight lasted for 15 minutes which equates to 3 full rounds.

So, he couldnt beat himself out of a wet paper bag, but he can beat an experienced Pride/UFC/MMA Fighter.

sorry man, I didnt want to be a "spoil sport" about it...i just figured you should be educated and up to date with your current events before you further make yourself look incredibly foolish.

Carry on...

JD, brock showed a lot more control this time around.
He did, I wont take that away from him...he held Herring down like a redheaded step child about to be molested. However, my problem is he didnt finish. He is a solid fighter, thats for sure, he just needs more experience under his belt. Major props for defeating an experienced fighter in his second bout...im sure his loss to Frank Mir was an eye-opener and he will train even harder.

It would be a very good fight IMO. I still think GSP would win but there is only one way to see!! either way it would be very close, they are 2 of the best lightweights(as in light guys, gsp is a welterweight) i can think of. I think BJs advantage in wrestling is not as good as GSPs all around skill. They both beat matt hughes 2/3 times so i guess thats a good indicator
