How's it going guys I did a 1jz swap on my 89 mk3 supra. The engine is a Japanese mk3 non vvti. Well everything seems fine when I started, idles fine but when I try to drive it it won't pass 2000 rpms then the turbo starts to spool and it starts to miss fire but it doesn't build boost. Engine is basically stock just has t67 turbo with 440cc injectors. I'm assuming it might be on closed loop because its runing super rich but not sure. I do have a afc Neo hooked up but has no tune. Thank u in advanced

Have you checked your gap on the spark plugs yet? ;)

Another common culprit is cracked coil pack boots, I've even read of a fuel hard line being kinked, which caused funny fuel pressure and resulted in something similar.

Sounds like map sensor to me, unhook the afc neo and see if your still having the same issue, if your still having the same issue check wiring, replace/test with another map sensor. check wires on connector and to the ecu.
Good luck

Yea I checked the tps and it was fine, I switched it with another good one and calibrated it and same deal, the rpms do go up if u rev slowly, but as soon as the turbo kicks in it looses all power and misfires, or say its just idling at 1k rpm and I just floor it It will start braking up just like in the video. I disconnected the map sensor to see if there was a change and no it ran exactly the same.

Well I changed the map sensor to another working one and same deal. Check the plug for power and everything is good. Same stutter and missfire

Have you checked your fuel line to the tank? Albert had an issue with a kinked line that caused similar symptoms.
