Have you checked for cracks in your coil packs? Mine did the same thing only at a higher rpm. It ended up being my coil packs. Would idle good and drive good. But when I would get on it and start to build boost it would fall on its face bad. My wideband would read really lean. I do you have a wideband?

Ok well coil packs are good,map sensor is good,tps is good,plugs are new, timing is spot on. I honestly don't know wassup wit this thing

Well it could be the ecu.... It could be the so many things its rediculous. I would open up the ecu and see if you have any traces burnt. I can't recall what you said about your plug gaps.... What plugs are you running and what are they gapped at? Don't say pregapped.... CHECK the gap. I would be running about a .28 to start off.
