Received a tracking number via email from justsuspension.com. My order is on the way and should be here tomorrow. I will be leaving a good BBB note with these people as I had a small blip in contacting them but when I did contact she was very pleasant and apologized many many times.

Indeed, they are legit. Order was delayed because they were awaiting production of the parts (didn't have them in stock). Otherwise, no real issues. They were just delivered at my house an hour ago.
Same thing happened with me, placed my order on March 14, i emailed them on the 20th and they said that the shocks were backed ordered. Got an email last night stating they were shipped and it will arrive tomorrow.
Ok, so only two shocks were delivered yesterday... There was a sticker on the box that said "you have received the first part of your order. The second part will be shipped soon." This stinks because I'm in Canada and will now have to pay brokerage fees twice for one order.
Oh well.

Try calling them and explaining what happened.
Maybe they'll give some credit?

Order received on a few days ago, sorry I forgot to respond. I wasn't very happy with the packaging but all in all, you get what you pay for.
I say I wasn't happy with the packaging because the strut tore a hole in the side of the box with no peanuts or anything to keep it from moving inside the box. I hope it didn't damage anything as I can see where paint was removed from shipping. Not sure who to blame for the packaging KYB or justsuspension.com

^Mine were packed the same way. The lower spring perch almost wore through the box, but not all the way through. Shocks looked to be in perfect condition otherwise. No damage from what I could tell.

I got mine this morning mine didn't have any wholes in the box. I'm putting them on tonight. Ill post pictures once I got them on. Definitely not grey like my gr2s
2nd pair of shocks delivered today.
First pair were dark grey Excel-g's. Haven't looked at the 2nd pair yet (GR-2/Excel-G, same thing)... Just happy I finally have them! Installing them on Friday hopefully. I did not buy the lowering springs, so my car will pretty much look the same.

Yea I know I was just saying there not grey like my gr2s. Ill have pictures tomorrow
Update:
2nd pair of shocks, the spring perches wore holes through one side of the box on both. Again, no cushion padding of any kind to keep the shocks protected during transit. Not too impressed with that. No discernible damage to any of the shocks though.
All shocks install and car rides SOOOO much better. Doesn't feel like a boat riding over waves anymore and doesn't skip all over the road when I hit some wash board bumps.
All in all, very happy the car is back to the way it was meant to be and feels like a sports car again and not like a Cadillac. lol
