I did a quick Google search for some reviews on JustSuspension.com and saw some pretty low ratings. If anyone ends up ordering from them, please let us know how it goes.

Well, I can't contact anyone to find out any information about my order. Several calls and no response from a human yet or a computer for that matter.
^+1. I put my order in on March 15th. It's now the 21st and no tracking number or email to say it has shipped. When I log on it says my order is in "processing". I sent an email to support to see what's going on. If no reply in one more week, I'm cancelling the order. Need these shock asap.

"No problem sir, thanks for emailing! Your 341069s are ready to go, and KYB has the 341070’s in production next week. We will promptly email that tracking number to you the moment they come through!"
So it will be a little while yet before the one set is available. Sounds like they didn't have any and had to build more...

Okay well I actually was able to communicate with a human, Rene(Who sounds very cute) at Justsuspension.com. She states that all KYB orders are on national back order and a large shipment will be received by the end of March and shipped as soon as received.
I'm not sure as to why the BBB gives them a bad rating and even asked her about this. She said "The 2% of the thousands upon thousands of people they made sells to reported them to the BBB with bad reviews and none of the good sells have left good reviews."

That's normally how it goes. You could do business for years and have one person who is either a PITA or just isn't happy and leaves bad rep. But all the thousands that were happy never said anything. It actually aggravates me if you can't tell lolIndigoMKII;1821666 said:
