Ilocos Norte, the provinces...best places, and the beach areas. Karingking, and the other places. theres a resort called Fort Ilocandia. very nice place to stay at, if you have alot of USD you can get such an awesome deal...because you have alot of USD that can translate to alot of Philippine peso.

USD or CAD is alot of pesos when converted...Lots of great stuff to buy...

serious, but stay clear of the electronics...too expensive...i saw a first gen DS for 22 thousand pesos, equivalent to 400 USD.

not all electronics....cell fones there are amazing....but still pricey bcuz they dont have 2 year contracts and such....

Plus some of the stuff you can get there wont ever come to North America in retail stores....

yup. i like the phones there, but they only come as tri band. not like here tey have quad band. but they do have nice phones.
