Heres a pic i found of me last year when i used to powerlift. Feel free to laugh at the spandex....Not a flattering pic, but i figured if Jake could post up his infection, why not post myself up in a gay-ish outfit....

The spandex is funny, but what really makes the picture is the big dude in the background giving you the look. :thumbup:

That's how I roll. Photogenic is not on my list of qualities, and I had to make sure the pic beat out IJ for the competition.

That was 405....i've done 445, but it wasn't legal due to a pause during the lift. I don't lift like that anymore though. It doesn't help much in judo/mma. I weighed 162 ish at the time of that pic....closer to 150 now.

Wow!!! Last heavy thing I lifted was a roll of carpet 2 guys had the other end and solo jugo. Was so heavy it snapped the 2x4's whe were setting it on. No wonder my backs been bothering me:3d_frown:
