Alright, a few things here.
(1) If you don't want to pay for it, you need to to tell your insurance. I was in 3 no-fault accidents. The accidents never showed up on my driving record. The only time you have to worry about it showing is if you are at fault. Even then, it comes off in 3 years.
(2) The police NEVER give a shit about car accidents, unless someone is seriously hurt. My 3 accidents? I never waited for less than 4 hours for a cop to show for the report. Get used to it.
(3) If the Supra in your avatar is your car after the accident, there is no way that was at 45, unless the person who hit you was doing considerably more. I think we all need the full story here, instead of just part of it.
(4) Cheapo insurance or Geico, it doesn't matter. I had uber-cheapo insurance in all 3 of my accidents, they paid for most everything. I paid my $500 deductible, and life went on. The first accident I paid absolutely nothing, but I got lucky - the woman who decided to back her truck up ON TOP of my convertible admitted she wasn't paying attention and didn't see me behind her.
AND
(5) Hard truth here - you are 17. That means you are still a kid. Until you are living on your own, paying everything for yourself, responsible for ALL of your own bills, you are still a kid to a lot of people.
I understand being stressed out. Unfortunately, if you are talking to the insurance and bill collectors you need to deal with right now in the same way you have been posting on here, they are going to assume you are immature. You need to take a little while, CALM DOWN, and be more rational in your descriptions of things. Because to be honest, I have to agree with Gaboon right now - it seems like you were at fault and are trying to dodge responsibility.
