What do you break on the R-154?? Very nice numbers!!! now go for the 1k mark.

As of right now I think just the thrust washer, but I'll have 2 apart here shortly, so I'll know then for sure. I definatley think the car will make atleast 950 on the spray if it does I may put more spray and go for the 1k mark.

Congrats! Those are some great numbers!! How did you guys get so much Torque though compared to HP? Is it in the head work you are getting that much tq? How high were you guys revving it?

I think its a matter of Headwork and Cams etc. In this run the car was revved to 8300rpm.

Great numbers, good to see people not switching over to 2JZ to make 1K whp. What kind of clutch and gear oil do you use for your R154?

Wow great numbers Victor, I see the F&H car has been passed to you huh? How's Fernando doing, haven't spoken to you guys in a long time. I'm due for a dyno session myself, Brian will also tune me. How you like the AEM?

Well we got a Red mk3 and I was going to take that but, my dad wanted to get back into a red mk3 so the switch happened, and his cars more badass then mine anyways, so he knew what he was doing. But we're all ok just working hard. As far as the aem goes I love it all the cars we have here that run good and make it down the track easy have aem. And our most reliable cars aswell. And with a tuner like chevy AEM is the best thing under the sun for the money.

P.S Manny where does one get such a nice sig?

76gts, with an .81 hotside.

That is AWESOME!! I have noticed that with some head work and a smaller hotside you will make more torque. Like X-man, he has a great set up but he has that 1.01ar hotside and almost 200rwtq than you do. I know that his set up is a little different, like being on the stock head, but you seem to get more torque with that smaller hotside.

I remember when SP put one of their SP61 turbos with a .58 ar exhaust housing on a 2J motor, they actually made a little more torque then power when they ran 25psi or more.

Great job and thanks for answering my questions! It looks like the AEM is the way to make some big power for the 7M.

Thats some nice numbers, i can't wait to see it hit the 1000rwhp mark then do some times

Red MK3's are the shit. It seems you lucked out, I like that gray car. Did you dad get new wheels for it? I haven't tuned my car with the AEM yet so we'll see what happens on the dyno this coming weekend.

By now maybe 8k, but anyone who knows me knows that was 8k of abuse, The day that motor first ran it was an hour before going to the track for the Orlando meet last year. And it made 6 passes. I've been through 5 different setups, tons of races, and tons of track time. And the last 2k of that motors life has been on this setup, and the compression is still perfect, It doesnt smoke, knock, or anything of that sort.
Not to mention that maybe MAYBE 1k of that is on pump gas, the rest is on C16 and full kill, After losing once or twice on pump gas and then never getting a rematch on race as I've only ran race gas.
