Its the same part for 1/86 all the way through 5/93 according Toyota look at the EPC link that I provided in post #37....

Some things didn't chance except for the color of the plug and that was because sumotomo (maker of the plugs for toyota) changed the material... You cant always go by the color of the plug. Here's an example, I just got rid of a harness that had gray ECU and engine to dash harness connector plugs but the kicker is they were the early (yellow) configuration plugs (i.e. they would only plug into the early ECU's and dash harnesses

yeah man i messaged him hopefully he gets back to me. i read up about the system and everything and have found out it will work and was the same. thanks alot for all the help! hopefully will be running again soon!

according to the epc it is only early mk3's but yes mine is PN-28515-43040 four prong yellow plug from my 86.5
damn i didn't even need a different one for my na-t.:icon_evil

ok..shifty supra it is coming from fort mcmurray alberta canada,
you being in arizona right? might take a week or two and prolly 20-30 bucks maybe.

so thanks to my pal dumbo sending me one (looked pretty much brand new) walah! my car started and sounds like a beast (no exhaust, only turbo elbow :biglaugh:) no just gotta rewire that tach... like a dumbass i put all the resistors in parallel rather than series...:nono: but have made a new pcb and am putting all the resistors on and running it that way. but anyways thanks guys for all the help!:love:

yah the guy i bought my car off his family had it since 1990, never winter driven(HUGE PERK for you guy that know Aberta.), almost stock just a K&N and stero. al the parts i had to swapp for na-t, were in mint condintions, espically the harness. but no one wants na parts lol, have to give them away.

good to hear that was the problem, but i wouldn't drive the car around with only a elbow for exhaust, seems like a good way to burn up your car. good luck
