I actually bought two. One was labelled "aluminum with carbon fibre finish", but both bars were identical, iron bars. Search ebay for "universal floor bar". The carbon style one has a pretty cool glossy fake carbon look to it, and looks identical to the one i bought, so I bet it's the same unit The finish looks like the cheap vinyl carbon sheets, but it's quite smooth like a paint-type finish, and seems chip resistant. The pattern does go wonky on the bends though. Still a great deal for only $45 shipped. It's a very heavy duty bar.
