I took the car off the road in december to do a lot of things to it.
Ended up changing my valve stem seals, Crower springs/retainers, Crower 272 small core cams, RPS Twin Carbon clutch and aluminum flywheel and other non engine related things.
Today I put everything together, shimmed the cams, set timing right and decided to fire it up without any accesories and no cooling system.
It eventually fired after cranking for a while, but wouldn't stay running without throttle, then eventually died and there was a lot of smoke coming from the exhaust manifold and turbo, got so hot I burned my fingers touching the downpipe and it only ran for maybe 20-30 secs.
Car also has a 61mm single.
