Wether u get the body kit or not, youre still gonna have to paint it, ur not planning on slapping the primered kit on the car like every other ahem..... "ricer" out there are ya?. Paint the car and have it looking clean, a clean mk3 will turn heads more than any body kit will ever do.

what he said. so based on the topic, you can only afford one. so just repaint it. a nice shiny car looks way more attractive imo

But if he wants to add the kit later, matching paint is a chore. Plus, no kit fits perfectly without some bodywork.

Do it right the first time or spend twice as much doing it right the second time. I believe "measure twice, cut once" applies to this sort of thing. ;)
