Um whats taking so long with the Galant is the fact that im not working on it...lol. I wanted to finish my boat first!!! I have too many projects in the works right now. I have the galant, a repaint on my wifes bosses boat I promised, I need to fix the quarters on the Bronco so I can sell it, I have to finish a 67 Beetle that I am redoing for my sister, and fix all the stuff around my house so I can sell it next year??? So I have a full plate!!! But I have all summer to get all that stuff done. First the boat must be finished in time for the fishing opener. I will put up some pictures as I go for those that want to see.
In answer to your second question Scott I am kind of daily driving the Supra. If its nice out I will drive it, but if its raining ect I still have the Bronco until the Galant is fixed. I should have the Boat done within two weeks and then I will start on the car!!!:icon_bigg

He posted this picture of his wife earlier in the thread. He is suppose to get us some more recent pics. This was taken right after the birth of his little girl, she still has a bit of her pregnancy fat, but I still think she looks o.k................:naughty:

Well as promised for those who care is my boat project. My plan is to have this done in a couple weeks in time for opening fishing. For those of you who remember when I bought this boat last fall it was a whole boat. I payed $150 for it because the guy who had it before lost reverse and then couldnt get it to start when he wanted to sell it. I gutted the interior and then covered it for the winter. Over the winter I rebuilt the lower unit and did a bit of engine work and now she runs like a top. My plans are new floor, carpet, yellow vinal, pedestal steats up front and a bench in the rear, the orange will become yellow to match the Xterra, and the trailer aluminum looking to match the xterra's lower step bars ect. I did get the floor out tonight but it got dark so no pictures of that until tomorrow. Here was the boat at around 3pm today.

For those of you wondering the back of my house faces the back lot of an implement dealer. Its kinda handy cause I can park on the street where there is no traffic and work on my boat out there. For now I have my boat hooked up to the bronco just for stability while im working in it. When the boat is all pretty then it can get hooked up to the xterra...lol:biglaugh:

Ryan wouldn't spot him enough lenghts, so he demanded that the Bronco be handicapped with the boat, and just run straight up. Stupid GM driver doesn't realize that the Bronco won't even notice that boat

He's got the Bronco set up for racing. He keeps letting it rust and then replacing it with bondo because it's way lighter than the metal Ford used at the Bronco's birth...............:biglaugh:

Well the floor is out of the boat and all is going well!!! I dont want to clog this thread up with a bunch of boat rebuild pictures so I will post some up of the finished product behind the matching yellow xterra...lol. This weekend I should make some real headway.....:icon_bigg

I was payed the best complement I have ever received on my Supra tonight. A guy in a Ram Air TA pulled in right behind me when I went to the grocery store tonight. He parked next to me and told me I had a super clean car.......:icon_bigg . I told him that is what I was going for!!!! I have gotten a bunch of thumbs up, nice car, sweet ride, ect but clean is what I am trying to be??? Anyway made my night!!!! I am really thinking about 5% tinting my back windows and using some clear with tint in it to darken up my tails, sides and front turns. Im still undecided???
