Okay, I'm in need of some advice as to what can be done as I'm not all that knowledgeable in the finer details of repair work.
Heading home from work a couple days back I started hearing (and feeling through the clutch pedal) and very loud rattling noise. Pulled over to investigate and I found the crank pulley bolt was ready to fall out and the pulley itself was wobbling quite alot. I didn't have all my tools with me so I tightened it down as best I could and got home. I pulled got the timing covers off today and had a look;

The pulley was scraping against the timing cover enough to wear away a lto of material from it. The timing belt was decently chewed up in front, no doubt due to that bent up washer that was underneath the cover. The keyway on the crank looks to me in pretty bad shape. The timing pulley has a bit of slack when I try and rotate it. As well it gets stuck trying to pull it off, but I haven't tried a puller on it just yet. My question would be; is there any way this can be repaired, or do I need a new crankshaft and pulley? I live at an apartment so I really can't do anything requiring a cherry picker lest management gripe at me.
And, it's an 88 sport package n/a. Thanks!
