Nate, if I had a penny to give you for posting non-sense, you'd be rich by now. Go do something useful.

My 2 cents isn't going to get you much. If I had a penny for everytime you posted nonsense I'd have $5.29. Not even enough for a #3 at McDonalds.

well all my cylinders were in the 150-155 range.

i already pulled the turbo out and it looked good their was very little shaft play and everything, so i dont think its the turbo. im hoping its just a bhg and nothing more serious.

well i just got out of a big problem like this i had my head fully done 3 angle valve job new valves springs and seals. new greddy mhg and arp studs tqd to 85lbs.....not even 5 miles later i had milky oil......i checked out my turbo and the turbo was shot the coolant was wixing with the oil inside the turbo and getting put back in the block thru the turbo. i pulled my intercooler piping out and there was like 2qts of oil in the intercooler....

check your intercooler pipe that goes to the turbo make sure its dry.

That's EXTREMELY rare as the center section of the turbo would have to be cracked for something like that to happen.

Not saying it doesn't happen, but it's RARE and BHG is usually more likely...

Quick test to that would be to look the coolant lines to the turbo and see if it happens...

I have blown 3 hgs in mk3s and only one had a low compression and leakdown didnt show up normaly it was leaking then stoped as the coolant system built up more pressure than the rings held. All of mine blew on #6 at the very rear into the coolant jacket in the back.

You should be able to notice a cyl miss when started up cold but after it has been able to reach warm operating temp on previous start. When you shut off engine coolant is able to leak into cyl but while running u will get air (Compression) into the coolant keeping it out of the cyl. So when u start it will miss until coolant is expelled through exhaust and plug is able to fire again.

Something somewhat off topic about blowing turbos i have seen many turbos die from blown headgaskets, when u get enough coolant into the cyl after a hot hard run and blow the gasket, the coolant will rush into the turbo and will make some nice cracks inside the housing due to the coolant cooling the turbo too fast. So check inside the turbo exhaust housing for cracks while it is all apart.
