So far theyre really nice.. And you should research a lil bit...

Not to mention, theres a few Lexus, and EVO forums that speak highly of them.
I honestly spent hours deciding if I should get them or not, in fear of getting a paperweight. But im glad I bought them now. They allow me to go super slammed [which I did the first time i put them on.. then readjusted].. or a nice perfect height for my tire/wheel combo.
the fact that you linked me to vwvortex proves my point...but i will go further
in that post I found statements like this
"probably made by the same people that make the entire line of Megan Racing Coilovers" - i have already stated that megan's are crap. I have seen their shock dyno plots first hand. I would be surprised if you could tell me one "feature" of the megan coilovers (or nex) that makes it "good" besides "they can go low and they are cheap"
"I have been doing my own research about the company...manufactured somewhere in east asia like taiwan, china, vietnam" - sssooo he hasn't done much research...that's a pretty large area.
"1. The Nex Coilovers have a very ruff ride like all other coilovers." - all other SHIT coilovers have a rough ride. a setup where the dampers are tuned to the spring rate, motion ratio of the suspension, and weight distribution of the car, will not have an overly harsh ride. I have ridden on Megan coilovers and my own pair of custom made TIP coilovers...and everything in between. Not just on the street, but also the track.
"2. You can go low. I went all the way down on the front and the rear. even took one of the spacers out the back on the coil to go lower.
3.They fit right into the old suspention place.
4.They are cheap as hell.
5.You can go up and down!
6.The ride is decent alittle bouncy but other then that they are coilovers "
let's get this straight...they fit were they are suppose to and that's a pro? you can go low? so can any good kit...you can go up and down?, sounds like a quality review. And like he said...they are cheap as hell. you get what you pay for.
lexus owners are generally not into performance...A LOT of evo owners are teenage idiots
If all you want is to be low (which I have seen one car on this forum that is "low") and have a stiff ride so you can think your. in a race car...than these are for you
I hate to rain on your parade, but before you tell me to do some research, how about you do some yourself.
I have been trolling this forum for a while now, not posting much because generally I can come off as an ass. However, as I learn more about the mkiii I really enjoy it, and want to create a much more knowledgeable community.
if you want to see low, please exam this (i will be posting my build thread in a week or so when she's "done"
