had a good time! was happy to make a meet, and with my car. met a lot of new people that were super cool to hang out with.
i have nearly 200 pics, going thru them now. im using a new camera and half of them i took at 3278x2680 lol. im going thru them and touching up and resizing. here is one of the pics i really like. just for you jay

I am a little disapointed that you guys did not get any Pics of the Ladies there. I never even saw a pic of Vonda and the kids.:3d_frown:

I would have given anything to stay and shot pool with you guys. I may could have won enough to buy my new clutch.............:evil2:
I was dead tired and heartbroken because of my car messing up and also for running mid 13's. I also wanted to drive at night to avoid alot of the traffic. I'm not used to driving thirteen hours with a car trailer and it gets old quick. For what it's worth, there were alot of locals that puss'd out for some lame ass'd excuses. Maybe next year they'll show up instead of making excuses why they can't. I doubt very seriously that I go back, but only because it's tooooo freaking far to drive. I had a great time and enjoyed meeting everyone, and I'm very glad we went. The pictures are awesome and everyone was super cool, well except for the six foot three yankee from North Dakota, but I kinda expected him to be rude.............:biglaugh:

I found out what was wrong with my car. The guy that resurfaced my flywheel did a piss poor job of it. I thought it looked great when he did it, but now that I see how bad off it was it really pisses me off. He needed to machine about another quarter of an inch all the way around it, but he didn't. The clutch was sitting half ass'd and it has now destroyed the clutch and pressure plate. I'm going to go see him tomorrow and see what I can get out of him. I don't want to hear about anyone else saying they would beat his ass because I know you wouldn't. He is half my size and hopefully he will do the right thing. I can't wait to see how hard this clutch grabs when everything is the way it should be...............Maybe just maybe when it's broken in properly, I can actually make a pass without it slipping and get into the 12's.................:x:

Hey Jay it was real good to get a chance to hang out with ya again & see that fine 91. When you talk to the guy about the flywheel just make sure he knows your a construction contractor. Everyone knows you guys have more ways to dispose & hide bodies then the mob. :icon_wink Keep your head up & just think how far you have come with it so far. Still keeping my ears open for that Alabama meet.

Here is the write up on the Alabama meet. It looks to be a great one. They usually hold it in Atlanta, but luckily this year it's in bama. I would love for you and Steve to come down.
