Anyone that thinks stock twins are better, has not DRIVEN a properly sized single setup.
It is much different then you think. Take a drive and trust me you will run, not walk, to pull those turbos off.
and what about compairing a proper aftermarket setup of twins. If you do it right they should still spool and hit full boost faster then a single.
I know everyone is going to say but new turbos hit and spool much better now. Well so should some smaller ones like BIC and his Twin GT28R's
I don't think his are loosing out on the top end because he went with smaller turbos.
I am just saying this from all the things i have read. this will be my first twin setup and i was hoping to keep it a twin setup.
there is still a reason why MFR's still make Twin turbo'ed cars instead of putting in a single. The Engineers who make this stuff still see an advantage to using some smaller faster spooling turbos.
I want a car that's like Popeye (Hitting the gas is like eating a can a spinich) Instant Power at almost any time any RPM Not just 3500 + Obviously i am not thinking 1000 rpm either but if i could have things spooling at 2500 that would be fantastic
Plus twins do have a bit of a uniqueness factor to them since most people go single
