Setting: Yesterday in garage.

I popped the hood to replace battery and noticed a small brown tape flappin around under the battery tray. Took the tray out.

And there's a cassette tape in pieces. Under the battery. How? Why? "Memories of Greece?" wtf? I'll never know...

Ever found anything stranger hiding around in your secondhand supra?

Supramania's becoming more of a time-sucker than Wikipedia for me these days... I just spent 40 minutes reading through all the random crap people have found in their cars haha!

As far as mine, only two odd things have popped up in my 89 that I've thought out of place (the usual change, screws, tools, etc, you find in nearly any 20 year old car don't you?). Without further delay...

A third seatbelt in the middle of the back seat. Apparently someone was determined to haul a third runt around in the back of my car at some point. Very reminiscent of the mid 80's Chevy seatbelts:

Now, I've seen a lot of people talk of finding "roaches" in their cars. Well, I literally found a roach. Albeit a different type than most of you... This is what we call a roach in AZ, sucker was about 3" long!

JDM supras came with a 3rd set of rear seat belts, so it's not too much of a stretch...

Japanese Toyota Exec #1: should we remove the rear middle seatbelt for the American market?

Japanese Toyota Exec #2: absolutely!! they're all overweight anyways, so they won't ever need it.. plus, it saves us money.

now, lets go drink some tea and discuss whether or not to allow them to have the Turbo-A, JZA70, Recaro interior, bubble markers, yellow fogs, or folding mirrors..

My '82 had two complete owners manuals in good condition hidden in the spare tire well.

'87 had assorted change, couple bucks worth of arcade tokens, and business cards inside the door. Not sure how they got in there....

My Z had two major bills and a picture of the previous owner hidden behind the glove box. That was majorly wierd.

I still haven’t stripped mine all the way but so far I found some pictures of the previous owner, a radio face holder, and a garter belt. Hubba Hubba. Right now I am using the garter belt stuffed into an old shifter boot to plug the whole in the floor until I get my shifter in.
