Well guy I'm almost done with my swap after 3 year and a new bottom end and all new seal and redone head what is the best oil to brake in the 1jz and how long do I keep it in the motor before change it out?

did you use assembly lube? i have seen zinc rich blah blah break in oils which is a newer thing' i have a lot of re-builders say they wont warranty their work unless you use a break in oil of some kind, royal purple comes to mind but most companies make it.
i have seen tools to inject oil in to pre lube your engine to avoid dry starts too but if assembly lube was used no need really~

Yes assembly lube was use but it's been about 2 years and all I have done is turn the motor by hand to make sure nothing happens to it

i did the idle for a while changed oil and filter, drove it about 50 miles (some nice hills coming home from the shop to pull vacuum) did another oil and filter change then took it to about 500 or 1000 and did it again
use some straight 30 weight oil i actually messed up and used 10w30 LOL supertech from walmart but so far everything seems to have went fine, then i did a normal oil change and took it to about 3k then switched to the german castrol at about 5k
no smoke or oil loss since and im at 15k maybe i just lucked out or did close enough to right

Just use 30w oil for the first 50 miles then switch to 5w30.
Pull efi fuse and crank engine over for 1 min then let starter cool for 30 sec. Do that like 5-6 times and then start and let idle make sure no leaks then go drive it.

Wow thanks for all the helpful tips cause after all I been thought with this I don't want anything to go wrong and all the in parts and by the far of it all the wife on my back to get it done.
Also yes I have the plugs unplugged cause that what I was thinking of turning the car over with no spark for a few before turning it on for the first time

Hvyman's advise is good advice too, make sure your battery is in good shape, but this gets everything lubed up nicely before first firing up. Never thought to pull the spark plugs like some suggested, but that seems like a good idea too.
Just need to remove the efi fuse. That will disable the fuel.
