Ok I have oil coming out of the bov. Changed turbos thinking it was seals. Same problem and yes both are stock ct-26 turbos. We did take the ic out and drained it and flushed it all with gas. My question is do I need a oil catch can for a stock turbo or do I have a way bigger problem?

Question - have you disabled/eliminated or modified in any way the stock the PCV system?

Specifically the items in red below:

If the PCV system is intact, then you could be blowing oil into the intake in front of the turbo. Also, a pressurized crankcase can prevent proper drainage from the turbo on the return side. The oil has to get out somewhere - if it can't get down the drain, it will come out through the weakest seal.

Poor oil control is the problem, you just have to determine the source. A leak down test is a good place to start -- if the motor passes that then the problem exists with the turbo itself, or the oil return line from the turbo.

Ok found the tools to the leak down test. I know there's a thread on it but I can't find. Iv been looking for 2 hours. So on leak down test what am I looking for I know that this engine is not perfect so what pressures am I looking for and how long should it hold before I know it's ok in that cylinder?

Ok got home late. Decided to take her for a drive and driver her hard as I have been babying her since I have found the problem. I have not done the leak down test that will come this weekend when I have some extra time. So today I know it blew all the seals in the turbo because now it's blowing out coolant along with oil out of the bov. It's nice clean oil on the dip stick. I let it ideal for about 20 min when I got home before I checked the oil. So no slug on the dip stick nice clean oil. But smoke was coming out of the dip stick housing and out of the air filter. Also when I changed the oil last weekend I drove her for about a hour and brought her home to change the oil. When I did the oil change I did not take the cap off first and did the drain oil came out with alot of pressure blew right out of the oil pan at the start.

That's almost certainly at least one bad ring. It's hard to get that much pressure into the crank case. You should also check your PCV system for blockage. There's a giant drain hose leading from the drivers side valve cover to the pan. That's about a 1" ID hose that has no restrictions. Your PCV system should vent all of the pressure through the port on the top of the valve cover to in front of the turbo. If you're getting that much pressure with a functioning PCV system, you've probably got a cylinder with no compression.

Just throw a compression gauge on it, but you have to remove all 6 spark plugs when you do it and make sure your battery is strong when you do the test..
