Did some lookin around after wanting to get one for a while, and i decided on the springfield xd9, 9mm. Ive shot a few different guns at the range and this one really stood out. Love the trigger feel, the ergonomics, and the accuracy. The price is right too, 519. Pictures attached.... and heres the link with specs on springfields site.

Cool... I hope you had the camera on a tripod, I would sure hate to be the guy taking the picture. Please practice safe gun handling.

Have fun, and be safe.

My friend has a xd9 as well, We have shot it many times at the range. For the price it is a very good gun, never jammed or misfired once with crappy loads. I would compare it to a Glock 21 (i think that's the 9mm carry piece) at the used price.
A good dependable carry gun.

May i suggest the Sig Sauer P220. I saw one for a good price new. like 900 brand new. but that is in CT. Virginia should be cheaper i bet. If you want a full size gun get a kimber 1911. They are more pricey but you can't beat there quality.
